Technology Overview

Digital Marketing Manager should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The candidate selected for this role will work with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as programmers), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

Experience 

1. 4+ years experience 
2. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
3. Creating and maintaining client relationships
4. Coaching and subordinate involvement
5. Managing processes
6. Self-motivated yet customer-focused
7. Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
8. Able to develop budgets.

Key Responsibilities 

1. Designing and overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email.
2. Developing and monitoring campaign budgets.
3. Planning and managing our social media platforms.
4. Preparing accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
5. Coordinating with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
6. Identifying the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
7. Evaluating important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
8. Working with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
